KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Shawn Woedl, Senior Vice President of National Real Estate Insurance Group (NREIG) and a sought-after industry speaker and educator, has been named Think Realty’s newest Resident Expert. His first three courses are “Intro to Risk Management,” “Protecting Yourself and Your Properties,” and “Insuring Your Fix and Flip.”
Think Realty selected Woedl as a Resident Expert for his expertise in risk management. He has been an industry leader for over a decade. Prior to his tenure at NREIG, he was Vice President at CORE Insurance Group, National Condo, and Apartment Insurance Group. Woedl has helped NREIG become the largest and most profitable national insurance program for real estate investors in the country.
“Shawn has valuable knowledge to share with our members,” said Eddie Wilson, CEO of Think Realty and its parent company, Affinity Worldwide. “Investors must equip themselves with sound industry knowledge, so they will make the right decisions for their businesses. Shawn will help our members understand which insurance products are needed based on investment type.”
“My primary goal is to help real estate investors understand how to protect their investments,” said Woedl. “I am honored to be a Think Realty Resident Expert and to teach its members how to choose the correct insurance to minimize risk, without overpaying for unnecessary coverage.”
Think Realty carefully selects real estate industry experts to offer mentoring on its website and at its regional conferences. The video courses cover a wide range of topics including property management, hard money lenders, finding capital, wholesaling, buy-and-hold, and fix-and-flip strategies. Additional Resident Experts are Abhi Golhar, Gary Harper, Linda Liberatore, Ben Rao, Sonia Booker, Pamela J. Goodwin, Kevin Ortner, and Eddie Wilson.
