Page one.Or you don’t pay.
Custom-coded websites and search rankings for businesses in any industry: trades, professional practices, shops, suppliers and real estate. Live in the first week. Nothing due until Google puts you on page one.
- No templates
- No WordPress
- No long contracts
- You own everything
- Clients across the United States
- Built in days, not months
The terms, in one paragraph.
We audit your site and your rankings for free and tell you what we found. We quote a price in writing. We build a working version of your site so you can compare it to what you have. If you approve it, the site goes live and gets submitted to Google the same day. You pay when your site reaches page one of Google for the searches we agreed matter. If it does not get there, you do not pay. You keep the code and the accounts either way.
That is the whole arrangement. There is no retainer while you wait, no monthly report explaining why it is taking longer, and no contract that outlasts the results.
Measured, not promised
One client’s first week.
An HVAC company in a mid-sized market, read straight from its Google Search Console the week its new site went live. We do not name clients, so this is the vertical and the numbers.
- ImpressionsAbout 2,000 in the first seven days
- QueriesMore than 400 searches the site appeared for
- Position1.10 average for the main installation search, 1.12 for repair
- CallsZero in the four days before the push, three the day after
- Performance93 to 100 on mobile and desktop, SEO score 100
Built for the businesses around the deal.
Think is a network of people who lend, flip, build, manage and close. This is the same search work, aimed at the way those businesses actually get found.
Contractors and home services
Roofers, HVAC companies, plumbers, electricians and exterior cleaners are where this work started. People search by service and city, and the company on page one gets the call. A site with a page for every service in every town you cover keeps the schedule full.
Professional practices
Attorneys, accountants, insurance agents, dentists and clinics are picked from a short list. A site that says plainly what you do, answers the questions clients ask first and ranks for your city puts you on that list.
Retail, food and local shops
Restaurants, boutiques, salons and specialty stores live on “near me” searches. A fast site and a well-kept Google Business Profile do more for foot traffic than most advertising.
Manufacturers and suppliers
Buyers search for the part, the material and the supplier. Pages built around what you make and who you serve bring in quotes from people who already know what they need.
Lenders, brokers and real estate
Where Think started. When an investor searches for a hard money lender in your county or a team that buys houses in your town, the business on page one gets the call.
Anyone in the directory
Businesses listed in the Think Business directory get the same work and the same terms. Ask for the analysis and tell us you are listed.
What the work includes.
Technical, on-page and local search, done by the people who write the code. No filler blogging, no bought links, no plugin stack.
- A full technical audit of your site: whether Google can crawl it, whether it indexes, how fast it loads, what its structured data says
- Site architecture and internal links that point authority at the pages that bring in business
- Every page tuned to one search: title, headings, enough depth to rank, and a reason to call
- Structured data on every page Google should understand, written by hand
- A content plan mapped to the searches people in your market actually make
- Google Business Profile set up or corrected, with the categories, services and photos that matter
- Rank tracking by city and by search, and call and form attribution, reported in plain English
Why we write the code.
Most agencies work inside someone else’s theme and can only add plugins. We build every site from a blank file and generate static pages, so speed, structure and markup are ours to control.
A typical agency site
- A theme reused across hundreds of businesses
- Twenty to forty plugins, each one a thing that breaks
- Three to six seconds to load on a phone
- Monthly maintenance fees to keep it patched
- Eight to twelve weeks before it goes live
- Rankings that take six months to discuss
A Think build
- Hand-written code around your brand and your customers
- Static pages, nothing to patch, nothing to break
- Under a second to load, 93 to 100 on PageSpeed
- Structured data on every page, written by hand
- Live and submitted to Google within the first week
- Measured movement within days, in your own Search Console
The game plan.
Three steps. The first two cost you nothing.
- 1
Audit, then a price
We read your site the way Google does, check your rankings across your market and look at your Google Business Profile. You get what we found and a price in writing. Many of the problems we find are same-day fixes, and we tell you which ones.
- 2
A working version of your site
Before you commit, we build real pages of your own site, not a picture of one. You compare it to what you have, click through it on your phone, and change what you want changed.
- 3
Approve, launch, rank, then pay
The site goes live and every page is submitted to Google and Bing the same day. Rank tracking starts across your whole service area and your calls are tracked. Payment is due once you reach page one.
What you can verify yourself.
Reviews can be bought. Case studies can be cherry-picked. Portfolio pieces can be someone else’s. Awards can be purchased. None of that is proof, which is why we do not lean on it.
What you can check for yourself: the audit, which shows you problems you can see in your own tools. The price, which you have in writing before anything starts. The working version of your site, which you use before you decide. And the rankings, which show up in your own Google Search Console, not in a report we wrote.
Questions people ask first.
Do you guarantee rankings?
We guarantee the payment terms: nothing is due until your site reaches page one of Google for the searches that matter in your market. We do not promise the number one spot. Google often fills the first positions with ads, and anyone who promises you the top spot is guessing.
How can anything happen in a week?
Because most businesses are not losing to a stronger competitor. They are losing to their own website: pages Google cannot crawl, missing structured data, a Google Business Profile in the wrong category, load times that fail Google’s thresholds. Those are engineering problems. We write the code, so we fix them at the source and ask Google to re-index the same day. Competitive searches still take weeks or months. The first week is the groundwork and the first proof.
Do I need a new website?
Not always. The audit comes first. If your site’s foundation is sound we work on it. If a template or a page builder is holding it back, we will say so and show you what a rebuild looks like before you decide.
What does it cost?
It depends on the market and on how much of a build you need. The audit ends with a price, in writing, before any work starts. Payment is not due until you reach page one.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contract. You own the site, the code, the accounts and the data from the first day. If you leave, everything goes with you.
Will you show me other clients’ sites?
No. A client’s rankings are a competitive advantage and we do not publish case studies or name clients. Instead, we build a working version of your own site before you commit, and you watch your own rankings in your own Search Console.
Who does the work?
The same people who plan your rankings write your code. There is no account manager between you and the work, and no build team somewhere else.
Need software rather than a website? Custom portals, trackers and field apps are Think Development.
Start with the audit. It costs nothing.
We look at your site, your rankings and your Google Business Profile, and tell you what is holding you back and what the first week would change. Pricing comes before any work. The site goes live before any payment.
