Is Think the lender?
No. Think is an education and media network with a broker platform behind it. The broker we introduce places your loan with a private or hard money lender that fits the deal. Lenders are not named publicly.
Why go through a broker instead of a lender directly?
A good broker prices your deal across several lenders at once, knows which lender actually closes in your state, and builds the file the way an underwriter reads it. On a short-term loan where days matter, that is usually the difference between funded and not.
What does it cost me?
The broker is paid at closing, from the loan, in the usual way. The broker tells you their fee before you sign anything. Think does not charge you for the introduction.
