Live and ranking in the first week.

Agencies quote six months because six months is a business model, not a law of search. We have measured ranking movement for clients within the first week, and sometimes within days. Here is what that week actually contains.

Why a week is enough to start.

Most businesses that do not rank are not losing to a stronger competitor. They are losing to their own website. The usual suspects are a short list, and none of them has anything to do with how good you are at the work:

  • Pages Google is blocked from reading
  • Structured data that is missing or broken
  • A Google Business Profile in the wrong category
  • Titles that do not match what anyone searches
  • Load times that fail Google’s speed thresholds
  • Pages nothing links to, so Google never finds them

These are engineering problems. Because our sites are written by hand and generated as static pages, we can rebuild the page structure, add the markup, rewrite the titles and redeploy in days. Then we ask Google to re-index through its own tools instead of waiting for the crawler to come back on its own.

What happens, day by day.

  1. 1

Day one: audit and first fixes

We crawl your site the way Google does: indexation, Core Web Vitals, structured data, and your Google Business Profile. The highest-impact fixes go out at the code level the same day.

  2. 2

    Days two to four: build

We build or rebuild the site, including a page for every service and every market, hand-coded and wired with structured data. We review it with you live. Your Google Business Profile is set up or corrected alongside it.

  3. 3

Days five to seven: launch and measure

The site ships and every page is submitted to Google and Bing directly. Rank tracking starts across your whole service area. From here we measure movement instead of estimating it.

What one week measured.

An HVAC company in a mid-sized market, the week its new site went live. Another client went from no calls in the four days before launch to three the day after. A contractor appeared above a competitor who had first place locked in the next town, two days in, before the site was fully indexed.

These are self-reported by clients and read from Google’s own tools. We do not name clients, so this is the vertical and the numbers.

  • ImpressionsAbout 2,000 in the first seven days
  • QueriesMore than 400 searches the site appeared for
  • Position1.10 average for the main installation search, 1.12 for repair
  • CallsZero in the four days before the push, three the day after
  • Performance93 to 100 on mobile and desktop, SEO score 100

What a week cannot do.

A week cannot outrank a competitor with ten years of content and four hundred reviews for the most contested search in your market. Nobody can, and anyone who says otherwise is selling the six-month model with a shorter clock.

What the first week does is prove the process works on your site, in your market, with numbers you can see. Then the longer work starts: pages for every city and every service, content mapped to what people in your market search, a steady flow of reviews, and authority that builds month over month. That is where the competitive searches are won, and you are not paying for any of it until you are on page one.

Straight answers.

Is this too good to be true?

We are not saying every search ranks in a week. The first week delivers the setup: technical fixes, a correct Google Business Profile, every page submitted for indexing, and the first measurable movement. Competitive searches against businesses with years of content and reviews take longer, and we say which ones before you spend anything.

Why can’t other agencies do this?

Many agencies work inside a WordPress theme someone else wrote. They can add plugins and change settings. They cannot rewrite the page structure, fix the crawl paths or correct the markup, because they do not control the code. We write it, so we can.

What gets fixed in week one?

Blocked pages, missing or broken structured data, wrong Google Business Profile categories, untargeted titles, slow load times and orphaned pages. Most are same-week fixes. Many are same-day.

What if my site has no quick wins?

Then the audit says so before you spend a dollar. Some sites need content and authority work, which takes months. We will tell you that is the situation rather than sell you a week.
