A website written for your business, from a blank file.
No themes, no templates, no page builders. Every site starts empty and is built around your brand, your customers and the one thing it has to do: turn a search into a phone call.
Inside the work.
Designed from zero
Layout, type and color are chosen for your business, not pulled from a theme that four hundred other companies are also using. A lender should not look like a landscaper, and neither should look like a template.
The phone comes first
Most of the people who find you are on a phone, between other things. Your services, your market and a way to call you are on the screen in the first second, and the call button works with one thumb.
Search is designed in
Page structure, headings and what each page is about are planned with rankings in mind before the first line of code, not bolted on afterwards. A site that was designed to rank looks different from one that was decorated.
You see it working first
You review real pages of your own site early, on your own phone, and change what you want changed. There is no gap between a mockup and the finished site, because the mockup is the site.
What is included.
The whole site, start to finish, by one team.
- A fully custom design: no templates, themes or page builders
- Mobile-first layouts that scale up to the desktop
- Typography, color and image direction that match your brand
- Page structure built to turn a search into a call or a form
- A page for every service and every market you work in
- Design and development by the same people, with no handoff
- Structured data on every page, written by hand
- A turnaround measured in days
Why hand-written code.
A template is a site built for nobody in particular, so it has to carry code for everybody. A page builder adds a layer on top of that. A plugin for the contact form, a plugin for the speed, a plugin to fix the plugin for the speed. Every one of those is a thing that can break, a thing that needs a security patch, and a thing that makes the page slower on the phone of the person trying to call you.
Our sites are written by hand and generated as static pages. The code carries only what your site needs. There is no database to attack, no theme to update and nothing to patch at two in the morning. Pages load in under a second, which Google notices, and the structure underneath each page says exactly what the page is about, which Google reads.
The difference shows up where you can measure it: a performance score of 93 to 100 on PageSpeed, a 100 on the search score, and a site that goes live in days instead of the eight to twelve weeks a traditional agency quotes.
How a build goes.
- 1
Kickoff
We learn the business: what you do, where you do it, who calls you and what they ask. We collect your logo, photos, licenses and anything that proves you are who you say you are.
- 2
Real pages, not pictures
We build working pages, with search structure designed in from the first one. Home, services, every market you serve, and the pages that answer what people search before they call.
- 3
Review it live
You open it on your phone and we change it while you watch. Headlines, order, photos, the wording of the thing you most want people to know.
- 4
Launch
The site goes live and every page is submitted to Google and Bing the same day. Then the first week begins.
What happens after launch is on the first week.
Questions about the build.
How long does a custom site take?
Days. Most agencies quote eight to twelve weeks for a custom build because the design, the development and the SEO are three separate teams passing files to each other. Here they are the same people, and the pages are written as code from the start.
Why not WordPress or a site builder?
Templates carry code you do not need. Plugins break and have to be patched. Both slow the site down, and Google measures speed. A hand-coded, static site carries only what your business needs, loads in under a second and has nothing to patch.
Can I see the design before it is built?
You see real working pages, not static pictures, and you review them live with us. If you want the hero changed or the services reordered, it changes while you watch.
Do you write the words too?
Yes. Every page is written for your business and your market, in plain language, long enough to rank and short enough to read. Nothing is generated from a template and nothing is reused from another client.
What happens to my current site?
If it ranks for anything, those pages are mapped to the new ones so nothing is lost. The old site stays up until the new one is live and indexed. You keep the domain, the accounts and the code.
See your own site before you decide.
The audit is free, the price comes in writing, and the working version of your site comes before any commitment. Payment is due when you reach page one.
